Packit Gourmet http://www.packitgourmet.com is a new site run by a lady from Texas named Sarah (and her Mom). I was chatting with her a bit and she is very passionate about this project.
It looks like she has some decent backpacking food choices and she also has a selection of hard to find powdered ingredients. I thought some of you might be interested in the site.
