I'm not sure if the is thew right place to address this or not, but…

I ordered a small bottle of Klearwater last month, and stored it with the rest of my supplies. When I took it out yesterday the solution was clear, instead of yellow. The bottle says that it is good until October.

Is there a warranty which allows me to get a replacement shipped?

I have kept a 50oz bottle of KlearWater for over two years by keeping it refrigerated at home between outings. I finnaly used it up in the Sierra's this summer so I need to get another bottle. BackpackingLight.com says they are out and I can not pre-order. Are you going to keep selling this product?

Any warranty of the product will need to be made directly with the manufacturer of the product, Shawn. This may be difficult considering they are incommunicado at this time.

In terms of us carrying the product in the future we are uncertain of the its availability as the company remains silent to our requests.

It is a fine water treatment system and if it becomes available again we will certainly carry it. For now that is yet to be seen.

Sam,

Do the Katadyn Chlorine Dioxide tablets work similarly to Klear Water? That is, "Can you treat a larger quantity of water overnight with the 1 liter dose? …like say 6 liters?"
