Lightweight outdoor store in New York City

As they say, you can buy anything in NYC. Alas, this doesn't apply to lightweight gear. But you should still check out Paragon Sports (bright, roomy, wide variety, modern) and the classic stand-by, Tent and Trails (dark, narrow, stacked to the rafters, a little bit of everything, old school). Paragon is on Broadway and 19th St., and Tent and Trails is on Park Place and Church St., near the Woolworth Building. Happy hunting!

I went through their site and I don't see golite or montbell listed as being stocked by them.

I live in LA, not NYC, but I can pretty much tell you that few if any stores over there will carry MontBell products either. Unfortunately, for UL products and sometimes for high end products as well — you have a much better chance buying online.
