Did they charge your credit card AND nothing show up?

One of their key staff members is unwell enough to cause delays or postponements in production (NOT Josh, who has left the company). They are probably also waiting on shipments, but hopefully someone will get back to you soon. As of my last emeail with DJ on June 3, he said "I'm still here, and our part timer's that help with the sewing, so we're still full service, and plan on being that way. A couple of the products may change, but that's nothing new, it's been going on all along. New and better, that's what we try to do ;-)

Same boat here.. still waiting for the bivy I paid for & am hoping to use on the JMT soon. No reply yet on email query.

Hope it's a temporary blip while they get up to speed again.. they make great products & have had good customer service in the past.

I talked to the guys in the Ti Goat shop. They got bombarded with orders and trying to catch up. Sounds like the bivys go out the door about three weeks from the order date.

Good news for Ti Goat, they deserve the business.

I just ordered some titanium from them and it was shipped and received with no delays…maybe just behind on the production stuff?
