We're a little short on time, but need a wide variety spice wheel with salt, pepper, etc spices for a trek starting this coming weekend. Does anyone has any suggestions on where we could find one quickly? Our local REI is out.

    Thanks,
    MikeB

I'd think that going in to your kitchen – or supermarket – would be faster than going to an outdoor store.

Yep: local craft store or Walmart bead section to get said bags. Then fill out of kitchen or go to store with bulk herb section. Load up.

(PS: one should cycle through herbs and spices every 6 months for best taste anyways! So get new ones!)
