An odd topic

I just recently evaluated a bunch of alcohol stoves before making my final choice and these were some of the things I considered:

– Does it require a pot stand, if yes is the stand included?

– Does it have an integrated windscreen or do I need to purchase/make one?

– what is the weight of all required components (even if not integrated)?

– how much fuel is required to boil 2 cups of water?

– is there a significant difference in fuel requirements under windy conditions?

– How durable is the stove, is it likely to be easily crushed?

– How packable is the stove and all components, will it nest in UL pots?

– Is it easy to refuel and ignite, can I ignite it with a scout firesteel?

– How stable is it, if it gets knocked over during use will flaming alcohol spread everywhere?

– How loud is it during use?

I would like to know how the stove in question works with different size pots (short and wide vs. tall and narrow)

I'v noticed that all of my homemade Red bull stoves tend to shoot flames all the way up the sides of my cook pots making it very tricky to remove the pot or lid to stir the food.

An inexperienced buyer might not ask this question but it would be a good thing to know
