If I click Shop/Clothing/Merino Wool the pricing for the long johns and long sleeve shirt is different than when I select the items and put them in my cart.
– Longjohn listed at $44.99 changes to $65.44
– Longsleeve shirt listed at $49.99 changes to $70.82
Is this an error or are the items really on sale?
I thought the sale on those ended yesterday.
i see what you mean. i wanted to add a short sleeve in with an order i had place this morning so called cust.service. they haven't called back yet. have a feeling the little X in the box means it's off sale now….
just talked to cust.service. they had a problem with the web site, but said they would honor sale price today….
I was driving home from work today and received a phone call from a woman in customer service at backpacking light. She saw this post, noticed I had placed a small order today minus the merino wool products, and called to let me know they would honor the sale price if I wanted to add the pieces to my order.
That's what I call terrific customer service.
