just wondering if anyone has tried the antigravity gear 4.2 oz water filter with the aquamiro frontier pro. looks exactly what i've been looking for. i have a simular system that uses a hiker pro by katadyn for the boundry waters, but it's to heavy for ultralight backpacking. i do like the katadyn(sp). it's convienant for the purpose….

From what I've read, the Frontier Pro doesn't filter well enough to take care of bacteria, just giardia and crypto. So I wouldn't use it as my only filter. And I can't really see adding purification tablets to an open bag of water for a half hour to hang and then turn on the gravity filter.

Just seems like a weird process.

I love the idea of my Frontier Pro, I love the design and I love how it attaches to my Platypus bag. But it just isn't effective enough for me as a primary filter.
