Hey folks I just wanted to show this to you all. Dunno how many on here have this cannister or have seen it. It is 275 cubic inches and weighs 1.85 lbs. Enough for a two nighter or an overnighter where cannisters are required. My wife and I own one each and for the two of us on an overnighter where cannisters are required this works out well. Also the price, $39.95 is quite nice too. From the picture you will note that it is exactly the same as a Garcia.

Thanks for the head's up. I hadn't seen this. When I went to the BearVault site to compare with my BV350 (2.1 pounds, 440 ci, $60), I see that BV no longer sells the BV350 and it's the BV450 now. I am not sure what changes came with the model number change. Does the Bare Boxer have buckles or any knobs for straps to hang on to? If it's a mini-me version of the Garcia, that would be no. If it does, the website doesn't show it. I know some folks tie these on the top of the pack. I usually slide mine inside the pack, but with moving down to a smaller pack, I'll also be looking to keep mine on top. If not, a bag like the larger accessory bag Garcia has would probably put it over the BV weight, and still less storage space. If you can get it into your pack, it's less weight than the BV350/450.
