Nice. That extra 3.5 oz (compared to the Whisper) buys you a lot of functionality… mesh back pocket, side pockets, sleeping pad pocket and a hip belt. It's a little smaller… but my Whisper is always about 25-35% empty anyway. I rarely use the extension collar at all.
Best of all… the Whisper is only $60. What a great deal. I've never actually felt that the Whisper was missing anything. I love it just as is. Maybe I'll pick up a spare one before they disappear.
The only thing I think I would REALLY like with the Murmur is the pad pocket. The "burrito" method I've been using with the Whisper is kind of a pain.
