Does any of the BPL staff have any recommendations on stuff sack size for the Cocoon pants in size small?

They will fit into the “Small” size stuff sacks at BPL. I store my pullover and pants in a “Medium” together. For some reason, it’s harder to stuff one of the pieces (pullover or pants) into a small than it is to stuff both into a medium, which has about twice the volume. Strange…!
