I have a 181/2 inch torso I have used a GG
Vapor Trail in a Regular it fits great. What size Conduit would you get to get the same type of fit and hip belt location?

I know that technically you, just barely, fall into the S/M range, but having used a Conduit quite extensively I think that you should opt for the M/L. If you are pressed for time you could order both, try them, and send back the one you don't choose. Brian is quite accommodating about this. If there's no hurry, order the one you decide on, and if you feel it's not the right one exchange it. You could also discuss your choice with Brian.
I agree with John – Last week I recieved a brand new S/M conduit from ULA, and it is about right for my 17.75 inch torso. After loading up the pack and getting a feel for the fit I determined (before reading your post) the S/M was probably best for me, but if my torso was over 18 inches I would want a larger size, or at least try out a M/L before settling on a size.
