I've just ordered a hooded Windsmock from PHDesigns in the UK. At 87g, is it the lightest going?

The windsmock looks good, but I notice that it has no waterproofing and the waterproof model is 127g. My 99g GoLite Ether windshirt has a full zip and is what I can only describe as slightly water repellent. Everything comes with a cost and a weight.
