I was just curious if there is any new news on this uv water treatment device. I know there were some initial issues that the manufacturer was working on, but I haven't heard any news at all in about 4 months. Does anyone have any current/recent reviews or know of any new info? Thanks, Robert
I ordered one and found that a shiny silver coating developed inside the bulb. The manufacturer told me that it was normal for a small area of the bulb to have the coating, but not as much as I had. They refunded me.
I'm looking forward to ordering again when they have the Muv ironed out. I'd also like to see some tests done on this model.
In the meantime I'm using the steripen.
Thanks for the info Aris. This unit is sure appealing, but I guess I too will wait a little longer and let them get all the bugs out.
