I have been very dissapointed with the Spot One GPS PLB since my purchase last year. But now after long last there seems to have been improvement in their service. Particually in the tracking function. They have some new beta software which allows people that you include in a "Share " list to see your tracking information via Google earth without having to log on to your account. I haven't figured all the beta functions out yet, but it looks very good. I am now at least getting tracking, before I could turn tracking on and not get a single hit over a seven hour ski trip.
