Inov-8 Stretching

Take a look at the flyroc 310. much bigger toe box. Or size up the roclite… they tend to crowd most people's shoes.

Given the materials used, I doubt you can get much benefit from trying to stretch them

If they don't fit send them back or expect trouble. The shoes should feel just right straight out of the box. You should not have to break them in at all! If these do not, either find another size that do, or consider another style, or perhaps even another manufacturer. They're almost all good these days. It's become more about what fits YOU that counts the most and not who made the shoes. There are just too many choices. I love my Roclite 318s, but they're not for everyone. Give Pearl Izumi shoes a look. They have a unique design and are just beginning to be copied by some of the other shoe companies.

Go to a good running shop and spend some time getting fitted. You'll thank me if you do!

I agree, synthetic shoes don't really stretch over time like leather.. I doubt you can force them either.

I found the same with both the roclites I've tried (295, 315). – too narrow. Whereas as Mark mentioned Flyroc fit me well, as did the Terroc.

Yeah, I didn't really think I was going to be able to stretch it.

I thought the roclit 305 had the same last as the terroc with more cushioning. That's why I got that one. I'm I wrong about that?

I haven't tried the 305, just the 295 & the 315. The 295 claims it's the same last as the 330 – it may be but I found it very slightly narrower.

I have the 320's and went with a 1/2 size larger and the fit is pretty good. They aren't a women's model shoe, either. I have a narrow heel and wider foot. No complaints.
