The BPL Gear Shop carries two brands of pack towels: McNett and MSR.
Your thoughts on the pros/cons of each?
Which is the more absorbent?
MSR is described as not fraying at the edges if it is cut—-is that also true for the McNett (in case I want to resize it or make 2 out of 1)?
Sep 21, 2005 at 2:17 am #1341854I have been using the MSR U/L extra large size towel every day for about a year now.I is the best of the towels that i have tried.I havn’t tried the Mcnett but have used similar microfiber towels.I find the MSR packs very small and dries fast and doesn’t hold odor. That was the main problem with the microfiber towels that i have used. The MSR is also very thin which helps it dry rapidly.
