Golite Xanadu 1 v.s. Akto?

Before I bought the One I was considering the Xanadu 1, because ti seemed to address a lot of the needs I have for a high mountain tent, especially the very small footprint and it's being freestanding. However, after contacting ProLite Gear about the fabric and finding out the the main body is Epic and the vestibule silnylon I thought it wouldn't serve my purpose here in Japan where rains are very strong and prolonged. If only it had been built the opposite way, with a silnylon body and an Epic vestibule I would have been very happy.

Yes. I have stopped at 8 and don't intend to buy another till the next one comes out.
