Apparently no one has a sense of humor around here :-)
It was over my head, so I was left speechless.
This is what you need:
Items worn:
Some type of light weight running shorts
Wicking T-shirt (short or long sleeve)
Wicking socks
running shoes
hat
watch
trekking poles
Items in pack:
Wind shirt (golite wisp, patagonia houdini, etc.)
lightweight longsleeve fleece (zip style like capalline)
Warm hat
Wind pants (lightweight patagnonia houdini or golite wisp)
Insulated jacket (patagonia down sweater, BMW cacoon, etc)
fleece gloves
extra socks (maybe an extra pair to sleep in if you get cold)
Poncho/ tarp (golite poncho/tarp, etc.) (everyone talks about not using a poncho tarp until you have a lot of tarping experience, but you learn by doing right?)
Bivy (BMW bivy or make your own, etc.)
Quilt (40*F min.)
Sleeping pad cut for just your shoulders and hips
Stakes, guylines & accessories.
Pepsi can stove (search make your own pepsi can stove on google)
24 oz capacity can as pot
Denatured alcohol and container
Spoon
aluminum foil windscreen
pot holder (chicken wire)
aqua mira in BMW dropper bottles
matches or light lighter
1 L platapus
2 L platapus
pack (golite jam2 or ULA conduit)
near waterproof stuffsacks (openable side facing down inside pack)
Small bottle for sunscreen with sunscreen in it
Toothbrush with handle cut off
Dr. Bronners in BMW dropper bottle
Camera wrapped in leftover insulation from a sewing project
ID
Food
Water
