    Thought I'd share this good article (with video demonstrations)from active.com, about ways to lace your shoes to help with foot/fit problems such as hot spots on the top of the foot, general top-of-foot soreness, cramped or blackened toes, etc.

    LOVE IT! Time to see if this old dog can learn new tricks. Of course, I'm kind of attached to my easy-to-untie hard-to-come-loose double-over method. Maybe I should make a video……
