Help identify a Golite jacket?

Anybody know what model this is? It is a light shell with a cowl style back vent and the microfleece interior panels down each side in front. Evidently designed as a running or cycling jacket, providing some warmth on the front and venting on the back. The back side and shoulder panels are stretch material.
