I have an MLD Spinnaker tarp that I haven't gotten around to seam sealing. I leave for my trip in 8 hours!
Do I have time to seam seal it, or does it take a lot longer to dry? (Never done it before). There is rain in the forecast – if I don't seam seal it, is it guaranteed to leak? Is there anything wrong with letting rain get all in the seams if I don't seal it (i.e. shorter life due to rotting or something)?
NOTE: There will be shelter near by I can go to – this won't be a "if I get wet I'm in serious trouble" situation.
