I just have to show off. Just recieved my new cuben tarp today from Zpacks. And of course the minute I got it I had to set it up in the back yard and take some pictures of it. I will be testing it out in real world conditions this weekend. Here are just a few pictures I took. The configuration is flying dimond buttoned down and progressive

The skinney
6×9 cuben fiber tarp
3.75 oz (106 grams)
10 perimeter tie outs with one in the center on both sides. The inside one for hanging a light, clothes line etc.

Sweet looking tarp, is this a prototype or is joe currently selling these? I have always wanted a rectangular cuben tarp that is wider than 4'. Although I imagine the price is steep because two sheets of cuben must be used.

BTW is that a subaru justy in the backround of the second photo?

LOL NO that is not a Jusy. It is a 1970 VW Sqaure Back That I started restoring. Its for sale by the way. HInt, hint. But if you look in the left hand side of the first picture you can see the fender and wheel of my 96 Subaru legacy wagon.

No it is not a prototype, and he does not sell them on his site directly. It was a custom order that I made. He has done custom work for me in the past, so naturally I went to him when I also wanted a cuben tarp bigger than a piece of toilet paper. Even then I had some custom work done to it. I hesitate to tell how much I paid for it as per Joe may differentiat the price accordingly to each tarp. But I can give you an estimated figure $160-180. Hope this helps
