My girlfriend got a job where she works on Saturdays, so there goes my backpacking partner. I would like to do I 1-2 nighter in the Rincons just E of Tucson (20 min from my apt) on an upcoming weekend (not this weekend). I'm an UL newbie looking to do 10+ mi/day to start out (did 7 in 3hr last time with resulting soreness from pushing too hard). Anybody want to come? We could rendezvous at my apt and carpool/get dropped off from there.

I will be hiking Rincon on Monday, April 6. I expect it will be pretty tough. Did you get to hike it Margaret?
