I suspect you may have been trying to contact the staff when they were all at the Outdoor Retailer in Utah.
They should be home now.

We generally take calls during my office hours, Tuesday & Thursday 9-3, and Wednesday 9-12. Any other time, I respond to voicemail, usually within one business day. If you don't leave a voicemail, I've little to go on. Anyway, try again tomorrow, and you shouldn't have any trouble connecting. Thanks!
