Does anyone use the MontBell Warm up sheet or have any comments. I have a MontBell S.S. #3 and I am wondering how much the warm up sheet would extend the rating of the MB SS #3 which is 30 degrees F. Thanks!

It will only increase the rating about 5 degrees. The main purpose of the warm up sheet is to keep you body oils off the bag and collapsing the down.
My experience is that a silk, coolmax or similarly light weight liner will increase bag warmth by 2-3F. A fleece liner provides 3-5F.
Based on Chad's experience above, the MontBell warm up sheet appears to perform similarly to a fleece liner.
BTW, Sea-to-Summit's Thermolite liner claims a 15F boost. That's a FLAT OUT LIE based on my own experience. So folks, don't fall for it! Actual performance is about 3F — or midway between silk weight and fleece. :(
I would recommend picking up a down quilt and adding a balaclava to your UL SS #3 if you want to push the bags rating below 20 degrees.
Just be shure the quilt fits over the SS bag with room to spare so you don't compress the insulation.
Personally I would go with a Jacks-R-better Shenandoah(sp?) quilt. The UL SS #3 should have about 2" of top insulation. The Shenandoah quilt should have about 1.5 inches of top insulation. With 3.5" of insulation you should be good into the mid teens.
