I just saw these batteries which seem pretty sweet!

These are rechargable and there are few unique things about them. Namely, after one year of time just sitting Sanyo says that they only discharge 15%! That is an incredibly slow self-discharge! They are said to have 1000 charges and also to work down to -10 c. They seem like pretty interesting batteries!
I was also looking at these batteries, but because they aren’t rechargable I do not know if I will use them. They are said to last twice as long as a normal alkaline battery. Supposedly, they are the longest lasting AA battery cell in the world. Look up Panasonic Evolta for more information if you are interested.
For now, I’m going to try and get my hands on some Eneloops!
