Anyone else had these break? I just used the clips for the first time, and they were so stiff that when I tried to pull the fabric loop into one of them, it broke… and I'm no Samsonite gorilla! I was expecting something a little more flexible, like a mitten clip. Given that I don't want to send it back and am also a DIY-er, I'll probably remove the clips with a wire nipper and figure out a homemade fix (small velcro loop to catch the fabric loop?). Other than that, it really is a great pack. My torso is less than 15" and the women's small fits very well.
