Okay, this is the last question for awhile. I was wondering what there might be out there for rain gear that is both somewhat light and yet durable. I like my Marmot Oracle Rain Jacket and Pants (heavy and durable) and also my DriDucks rain suit (light and thin) but I would love to get something that lays more in the middle of the extremes if possible. Thanks everyone for their help so far.

Sorry about that, it errored and then would not show it, but now it will.

I have a friend who's been happy with the same set of Frogg Toggs for at least 4 years. Have stood up to his somewhat careful use on many BSA weekend campouts, two Philmont trips, a couple SHT backpacking trips and several BWCAW trips.
