My Western Mountaineering Highlight has a small hole in one of the chambers on the top of the bag. It is just big enough to see some down poking out. I am wondering how best to go about repairing this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a teeny tiny hole, I would just put on a dab of seam sealant and glue it shut. You can also cut a small swatch of tent repair nlyon — the type with a sticky back — cut it a tad bigger than the seam sealed hole all around (avoid rectangular shape so you won't have corners that can peel easily) and tape over the seam sealant.
