The ultralight book talks a lot about the superiority, albeit increased cost, of non-nylong pants. It names the Cloudveil Intertia Rodeo and Prospector, the Pertex Equlibrium, and the GoLite Synergy pants as examples of these. Anybody have any experience with these?
I have three pairs of the synergy pants that I bought on closeout a while back. I don't believe you can get them anymore.
They are my favorite pants for winter but I don't wear this most of the time because I want them to last. For this reason, I use them just during the winter.
