does anyone make a gaiter, made of eVent, that is taller than the ID eVent Shortie Gaiters?

ok, thanks for the links, but none of them contain any places that either a) you can buy from, or b) stock the gaiters.
so, anyone know of a place I can actually buy these gaiters from?
Prolight Gear have size medium and small Perma Gaiters, they may have others if you contact them.
