Last May I hiked the Cape Wrath Trail in Scotland – 230-250 miles (it is a route, not a trail) of what is considered to be the toughest trail in the UK, it was great. Coming April I;m planning on trying to hike the trail again, this time with no injuries and in 8 days. In late May 2016 there is a planned Ultra on the route, hence my goal to try and do the trail unsupported at the same time frame.
