For Tater Tuesday’s recipe this week it is Creamy Broccoli Alfredo Taters.
This is a variation of a previous recipe, and it is was for me very tasty! I am recovering from oral surgery and this is what I craved for lunch today. I used broccoli from Harmony House Foods and Simply Organics lovely Alfredo mix.
Creamy Broccoli Alfredo Taters:
In a quart freezer bag put:
3/4 cup instant mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp instant milk powder
2 Tbsp dried broccoli
1 Tbsp shelf stable Parmesan cheese
2-3 tsp Alfredo mix
1/4 tsp diced dried garlic
couple grinds of black pepper
Also take 1 Tbsp butter.
Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water and the butter. Stir well and put in a cozy for 5 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
Serves 1.
