http://lighterpack.com/r/4aqbrj I think I have my list solidified, debating on temp of my quilt and if I'm going to use a bivy, I have the Zpacks Cuban poncho ground cloth but Im worried about it being drafty in colder temps. I'd like to use one quilt for the whole hike and my assumption is I'll see my warmest night time temps after NH and Before VA. I think I'd be comfortable in a 20ยบ quilt throughout all those sections, I'm a little more concerned about what will come after that. I may consider adding Mont Bell Down Pants to my winter setup, I also have a pair of Arc'teryx soft shell pants I want to add to the list, they're a few years old and I need to look up the model and get the weight on them. My goal is to be sub 12 lbs at any given time base weight. Depending on how I can budget, I may go with an Osprey Exos 48 instead of the Arc Blast. I dont have much interest in any of the other ultra light packs because I like the better ventilation of these frame designs. I've managed to pick up a lot of gear on sale and through swaps. Im on the hunt for the MLD bivy and the Zpack Arc Blast 52. Any leads would be appreciated!
