I’m making myself a three person fabric goahti or tipi-like hut or what ever that should be called in english. Anyway, it is 2,5 meters tall tent with 3 meters diameter on ground level. Weight around 1300 grams (2,9 lbs). I wanted to share a tip how to make simple adjustable ventilation system on top of tent. You need three elastic cords outside the tent and three unelastic ones through the top inside your tent. Hood closes automatically. I guess the video and photos in my blog article will explain the idea better than my words:
