Nice David. Would you be willing to sell any on your site? I had one of these from Bison Designs for a couple years but lost it camping last month. 
I like the one from Bison Designs as I can turn it inside out and zip it up and don't have what little bit of water that's left or food crumbs spilling into my pack.
probably can't compete price wise. lots of these made in China. I put it out there as a simple DIY idea. Like making a bag for your marbles out of a circle of leather with holes punched around the edge and a string.
