I'm seeing a new disposable coffee cup on the market that should suit my needs for shorter trips. These cups are more plastic than foam and are pretty crush resistant. The only drawback I can see so far is that they seem a bit porous-the hot chocolate didn't quite wash out of it. The 16 oz cup fits inside my 24 oz Ziplock screw top. I'm going to try it on my 3 day trip next week in the Allegheny National Forest.
This looks like the cups that I get from Dollar Tree, but with a different label. The Dollar Tree lids fit the Snowpeak 600 mug, which is why I buy them. I'm curious if that lid fits as well.
The lid for the 24 cup does fit the Snowpeak. The lid for the 16 oz does not.
