Wow – "Yesterday afternoon, Andrew Hamilton set a new overall fastest known time, or FKT, for completing Nolan’s 14, besting a 13-year-old time by more than an hour. Even more impressive, Hamilton, 40, of Denver, covered the whole thing—14 14,000-foot summits and roughly 90 to 100 miles—fully unsupported." "The previous overall FKT was held by John Robinson, who, in 2002, finished in 54:57—making Hamilton’s trailhead-to-trailhead time of 53 hours 39 minutes not only the unsupported FKT but a new overall FKT. Robinson, like Hamilton, ran south to north." http://trailrunnermag.com/people/news/1922-andrew-hamilton-crushes-nolans-14-recordand-does-it-unsupported

especially considering there is 44,000' of gain over the route and the average elevation is just shy of 12,000'- Wow!
