Evening all,

It's time to start planning another Bpl meetup.
Dates and location to be decided closer to the time.

Please reply here with your interest.

Cheers,

Stephen

I think myself and the little lady would be game as long as work schedules allow for it.

Not sure what you mean by autumn, but if in mid November, I'd be interested.

Ive been wanting to do this the past couple of years. I haven't had the gear though. However picked up a couple items today off gear swap and hopefully could be ready to go this year. Andy

O man I was going to bring my rifle and provide dinner the first night with tree rats as an appetizer.

How about the Jordan River Pathway, 3-4 Oct., for starters? :) Should be some color, and last time I talked to Stephen he hadn't hiked this classic Michigan loop. (I've been sitting out this backpacking season with a mysterious case of metatarsalgia, but the docs can't see any injury, so I've been working walks and runs back into my schedule and preparing to treat this as a condition to manage. I haven't done the Jordan in a couple years, so I thought it would be good for a trial run. And if I'm too slow I could meet y'all at the campground in the evening.) Let me know what you think! -Pete

Hi Pete, Sorry to hear about your injury. The Jordan river sounds like a good start, let's see what the collective comes back with. :-) Edit: Just Googled it, looks like no camping is allowed except in a campground, I would prefer if we wild camped.

Yeah, if wild camping is a priority, you'll want to pick a different spot.

Where has the group been? Manistee? Pictured rocks? Parts of the NCT?
