GoLite Jam2 Question

I wasn't going to post since I haven't used the Bearvault Canister. But since I see that nobody is replying to your post, I thought I'd throw in my two cents.

I have the Jam2, and I don't think you'd have too much room left after putting in the canister. Of course you'd pack your food inside, but I don't know how much room you'd have for gear. I'd maybe consider getting the Pinnacle pack. It seems to be the same pack but with 4500 cu.i. for only a 3 oz weight penalty. Maybe a little too much volume, but the side straps can help with that. If you went backpacking without the canister you'd have way too much room though.
