I find that if I go online and log into BPL before clicking on the PM link in my Outlook Express I am sent right to the PM reply page. Strange and a pain but it seems to work.

I don't use Outlook to check my primary e-mail but I did some tests between by sending myself a PM from my secondary testing account here at BPL, forwarded the PM message to my work address (where I use Outlook) and tried to re-create the problem but couldn't do so.
It sounds like a Windows quirk but may have a fix from within our software. Your comments and suggestions are, as always, much appreciated however. I wish I could be of more assistance.
