This is a bit of a long shot but here it goes…
I'm dehydrating meals for my trip next week and would like to know if anyone has ever dehydrated vinegar (mixed) in any bean soup and if the vinegar flavor stays in the dehydrated end product or if it dissipitates like alcohol would.
Weird question, I know but why carry a tiny ration of vinegar if it can be dehydrated in the soup.
