I want to mention how useful blogs have been as a resource for bikepacking—and cycle touring too. There are so many people on amazing adventures in remote parts of the world and they have shared with incredible photographs and journals. I've mainly been using WordPress, searching with keywords like bikepacking, adventure biking, bicycle touring, fat bike, fat cycling etc.

You may know Max Dilthy as an UL hiker, and he is an experienced cyclist too:First Look: Rogue Panda Designs Bikepacking Framebag – http://wp.me/p3M0Um-n9

Fatcyling— down the spine of South America! If this doesn't fire up your wanderlust, you need medical attention:

Two Wheel Trails has been good. This guy is tough and does amazing treks on primitive roads and trails in Washington: Kettle Crest Bikepack #2 – http://wp.me/p2oTCy-104

Here's an excellent one on a trip down the length of Vancouver Island:

    Thanks Dale,

As I am gradually moving from NY where trails are rarely bike friendly to Arizona where trails are often bike friendly, I am considering doing much bikepacking in the near future.
