Yet another massdrop deal, and this one isn't bad, if you want a jacket of this sort.

Is it the same jacket as these ones I looked up using our gear price checker ?

I can’t see it since massdrop is asking me to sign up.
Disclosure: I own and operate the bc25.com website.
Well, I saw the lower prices too, but they were with sites I have no experience with nor have heard of.
That given, I figured it was still worth posting.
Mike – nice price checker (really! I've used it before many times). And very clever to include the link and photo of it :)
Still, Massdrop has the best deal on the Men's Minimalist Jacket. It's this year's model, no closeout or anything. But I appreciate the price comparisons and work to make sure Massdrop has the best deals for our community. Thanks Jon for posting it here!
Oh, and the reason you are asked to sign up before seeing the price is because many of our vendors want to keep the deals exclusive to our community, and not publicly visible.
[Disclaimer: I source the Ultralight products for Massdrop. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions]
Yes definitely a good deal for current model of this jacket Jonathon. Looking at the seller list on our price checker both evo and CampSaver are fantastic to work> I've always been very impressed with and their customer service and shipping speed.
In general we only show (and work) with top outdoor retailers in the outdoor space. This way you know that when you use the gear search or grab the coupon codes you won't be dealing with sub par retailers.
Danny -thanks for the props! I totally understand why you guys need people to log in to see the prices.
Mike
Please stop trying to drive traffic to your site, either through links to deals (which actually lead to your site, not the deals) or by mentioned other sites and comparing Massdrop to a "sub-par retailer." Where is your evidence? You haven't even logged on to the site. You've successfully hijacked this thread and are not doing anyone favors.
Guys
I can understand the desire to wave your flag as much as possible, but I can also see this sort of thing going downhill rather fast. That is not how we want BPL to be, not even Gear Deals.
I am locking this thread, and I would appreciate it if you and anyone else with vested commercial interests could help us by keeping a slightly lower profile in such commercial matters. Other unrelated postings, no problem.
Cheers
