The ballon bed at 100 gram is very light but is really only for short trips as the balloons are not reuseable.
Has anyone thought of using a similar pertex Quantum sleeve to hold say 4 BPL inflateable pillows? For about 100 gram this could give a bed 75cm x 50 cm which was reinflatable. I have sat and bounced on a BPL pillow restrained in a tight cloth outer and it survived

I think Bill Fornshell made a polytube one that weighed in pretty light (I think it was filled with insulation aswell). I can't find the link off hand, but maybe someone can post it.
