The lady and I took on a long hike from the Wire Pass trail head to the Pariah River campground, 21 miles of our first slot canyon fun over the course of 13 hours. It was really fun, didn't require an overnight permit (which are all booked for the next 6 weeks) and challenging in a new way after finishing the AZT the day before.

Looks like you had a good day for it!
