I'm not sure if anybody has posted this here yet, but O2 Rainwear has a fairly new jacket called the Element that is basically the same as the original but now comes in blue, grey, or yellow. A hooded version and the hoodless cycling version with water-resistant zipper. Jackets for 36, matching pants for 26.

I ordered a medium grey cycling jacket. I am 6'1" 180lbs so i hope i can get away with a medium. I don't do much more than walking in rain gear and dont layer much under it so i probably won't accidentally tear the arms off when i shrug (knock on wood). The measurements look generous. I will report back when it arrives.

This is great news. I have used O2 Rainwear and I think it's the most breathable waterproof material out there (I believe the material is Propore), but until now its been 1) a bit fragile, and 2) YELLOW.

The fragility I could deal with, but the screaming yellow color (IMHO) was not meant for unobtrusive backcountry wear. The new colors include blue and grey, so I'm happy again.

Anyone have any experience with the O2 Element Jacket?  Thoughts?
