I will stay in Boulder for two nights, I tried to look for campgrounds, I found KOA, which is 1 hour south of Boulder. its also expensive, like 30 Dollars per night. Is there anything close to Boulder, and cheap?

A night.
The city has a blanket ban on camping in Open Space & Mountain Parks. The nearest campsite was in the Fourmile Canyon burn area five years ago and has been closed since. There are (thankfully) no commercial campsites in the area, but USFS does operate some just outside Nederland, 30 minutes from Boulder.
