Can't seem to find any source of info for the R-value of the Astrolite. Seems like a great rectangular pad at 14oz, packs very small, pillow included. Anyone know how relative this pad is in context to Exped UL 7 and xlite based on personal use?

The regular Astro lite isn't really insulated hence no R value, but the insulated Astro lite 20R is for below freezing warmer than the other two (tried the UL7 too) … warmer but heavier. Saves the weight of a dedicated pillow though.
I usually add about 10°F to any pad makers claim, anyways.
